On September 27, 2005, Kimball Brace made a presentation to the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC) on the findings of the 2004 Election Day Survey. Brace lead a team that provided survey analysis support to the EAC for three surveys distributed to state election directors during FY–2005: the 2004 Election Day, Military and Overseas Absentee Ballot (UOCAVA), and Voter Registration (NVRA) Surveys.
